The figures in the cartoon are the police and a person. The police is arresting the guy because of his skin colour. The setting is in the Grand Canyon. The police are being racist, arresting people because of their skin colour or race.Recently this year, Arizona created a new Immigration Law. The law made it so that it's a lot easier for the police to stop anyone who might seem like they're illegal immigrants. If they can't provide the proper documentation, they can be arrested for it. Majorly, this law was created for hispanics.
