My comments on this are that he was trying to pass his time with a mp3 player. He should not be put in solitary confinement since he did nothing wrong with the mp3 player. Lil wayne has commited his whole life to music and since he is a rapper he should be allowed to listen to music. I also think everyone else in jail shoud be allowed to listen to music as long as there using it for good reasons. Solitary Confinement is when you go in a room by yourself for 23 hours and get 2 hours for religous services and 1 hour for recreational time. If you think about it, Solitary Confinement is a bit to harsh for what he did.

Jail isn't supposed to be fun for anyone there. That's the point. Just cause he's a "rapper" doesn't mean he should be allowed to listen to music. No one else should either. How did he even get an mp3 player?
